Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 or more
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.
Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
